I’ve been at the Meadows for 6 and 1/2 years. Since its been under new management from January of 2026, I’ve received excellent service. In particularly from Nina RN supervisor. She’s works 3pm to 11pm. She comes to work, her first priority is to check on the patients to make sure they are doing okay. This is very helpful for all patients. All RNs should be like Nina. That way, she knows their needs before she gets to busy. She works out of nurse station 2. She is very appreciated.

I am scheduled to be discharged tomorrow, and I would like to take this opportunity to to express how grateful I am for my time here. Everyone has been positive, respectful and caring. The CNAs are fantastic: Maria and Eunice for example! They all were very responsive and caring for me. I love the rehab: Leslie, Elizabeth, Abraham, and RC team giving me new energy and helping me to identify my weaknesses and helping me get stronger. I fully expect to recover! Thank you is not enough but I want to say thank you to everyone and their efforts on my behalf. Eva case manager is amazing she was very nice and helpful with everything I needed help with, she even helped me with my paperwork. Very grateful. Erick in Social Services was wonderful he came by my room and would check up on me, helping me navigate this journey. Ernesto, Assistant Administrator is also amazing with coming in and touching base with me. Thank you to all staff at The Meadows!

My sister is at this facility, it is very clean and many improvements. Aribel & Ivan in activities are very nice and attentive. Ivan helps everyone out & is cheerful all the time. Maria and Reyna are amazing CNAs, they are very kind. When I came to visit with my family that comes visit from Mexico we were always treated nicely they loved the ambience!

I’m currently a patient at the meadows and getting discharged today. I
want to give a big thank you to all the nurses and staff here that have
made my stay a pleasure & smooth. Big shout out to the CNA’s Ari and
Elizabeth V. The LVN’s are amazing too, Anthony is the best! Also Hector,
Gabi, Paola, and Deimy. The food is very delicious and activities is the
bomb they always have something to do like karaoke, movies, bingo, loteria,
arts and crafts and many more things! Erika at the front desk is very
sweet, she would always attend to me with open arms. Big shout out to Karen
for always coming into my room and making sure I was okay, always a good
time talking to her. I also want to thank Eva and Sandra for their amazing
work they did for me. I spent a lot of time in physical therapy and want to
thank them very much for all their help. Big thank you to all of the staff
at Meadows!

My friend is currently at this facility and I can say it is a very nice place. It is very quiet and calm. It’s always clean and the staff is polite & always willing to answer any questions. I’m always greeted at the front desk! 10/10 recommend

I was a patient at this facility before and I continue to come visit my friends that are still patients here. Sonia C. and Maria B. are amazing and attentive, I had them as CNAs and continue to see their amazing work. It is very clean and amazing staff overall. Erika at the front desk is very nice and welcoming. She’s always willing to help.

The most important thing to me is the fact that my aunt wanted to check out earlier this, year. And in which she literally did was discharged around March and then, I end up having to readmit her the same day and for them to accept her and continue to meet her needs, the care that she needed as an disabled elder. Is commendable. Alone in 2026! Then, worked with me as an advanced director, regarding her future needs medical wise and insurance, etc.

Frances, the person over activities and his staff did a wonderful job of putting together an activity wth food, music, and entertainment, which my husband and I enjoyed. It was a great celebratory activity for the residents and their families. My husband was able to meet other residents. Great job!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Admissions Coordinator, Ana Flores. From our very first interaction, her exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service stood out. Navigating the admissions process can feel overwhelming, but Ana[emoji]s genuine personality instantly put our family at ease. She combines deep, knowledgeable expertise with true empathy, answering every question thoroughly and transparently. It is rare to find someone who is both highly professional and deeply compassionate. Ana is an absolute asset to The Meadows, and we are incredibly grateful for her guidance!

Recently visited The Meadows on Sunset and was really impressed not only by the facility (very clean and well maintained) .. but also was really impressed by the staff. Everyone from the receptionist onward treated was very nice.

You can see that they care about their patients.

In talking with the Administrator, Director of nurses, admissions you could tell they were interested in what I was needing and that the patients care was their priority. Left feeling relieved that I found such a great place for our patients.

This place is under new administration and I was hesitant at first but am very grateful my family made the right choice. They are very helpful. I would like to personally thank the social services department. Always available to answer any questions and very helpful throughout my uncle’s stay with appointments to discharge. They made a stressful transition so much easier by clearly communicating with our family and providing wonderful, compassionate support to my loved one every step of the way. It took me awhile to post as my mom Dorothy is not at the facility any longer and the website was not ready but I did want to share her experience as she was well taken care of. Michelle was introduced to us at the hospital and she gave us a comfort level knowing that my mom would be cared for.

I had spoken texted with Michelle daily while she was there and I’m grateful to her.

Thank you Michelle sorry it took so long to post but I keep my promises.

My mom was recently admitted and I have to share that from the moment we met Michelle we felt beyond grateful to have her by our side. The countless times we reached out to her no matter the time she responded. My mom although did not stay long stated Michelle came to visit her daily and checked on her needs. The care and love that radiates from Michelle is beyond special. If you have a loved one you can be confident that Michelle will watch over them. I truly believe you have a gem in house. So grateful to you Michelle.
